I think it's because they don't truly want to offend you but they feel they have to be up front and honest with you. It's like saying "I'm not saying this to hurt you but it's important to point out to you." I'd much rather hear that then for someone to just blurt out what's on their mind if it's something that's going to upset me, wouldn't you?
Look, are you sure you put this in the right category... or is this some weird kind of inside joke?
Yes, but you have the right to have your parent or guardian notified before questioning about a specific offense can be begun.
The offense principle is a concept that suggests that certain behaviors should be prohibited because they are morally offensive to society or harmful to individuals, even if they do not directly harm others. It is often used to justify laws that criminalize activities like drug use or pornography.

Mexico and the United States have had a very complex relationship, starting since Mexico became independent in 1821 until this very day. The US probably offended them the most right before and right after the Mexican-American war, when in Mexico's view, we stole a lot of their territory.
"Obstructing an Officer" in many (most?) jurisdictions is a felony offense, whereas DUI, while a serious offense ijn ots own right, is usually NOT a felony offense.
The people who play offence(attacking) are:Centre forward, left and right wing and sometimes the inners. thee defence side are:left and right fullback, left, right and centre halves and the halfback
The right question is should they.
