It may be something a person is proud of, something a person enjoyed, or something they thought was funny. Different people have endless reasons for doing what they do, and texting pictures to others is no different. Some people might text pictures to others because they are angry with them, and want to make them angry or jealous of something they are doing, something they recently did, or something they have, etc.
