because the world sucks and creates evil people who can do what ever they want because our idiot governments let them buy guns even though they are already plotting to kill with it i mean the guy could just walk up and say "hey dude I'm doin drugs and i want to kill someone" and the guy would just say back "well i probs shouldn't sell this gun but my government says i have to oh well" and thats why were all so messed up
