Carbon dioxide is produced when a plant respires using glucose, which happens all the time, so the plant is constantly releasing carbon dioxide.

However, at night time when there is no sun so the plant can't photosynthesise, it respires more, and therefore more it produces more carbon dioxide at night than in the day time.

Carbon dioxide is one of the ingredients that plants use for photosynthesis (the others being water and sunlight) so they would not excrete a chemical that they need to use. Animals, on the other hand, produce carbon dioxide as a byproduct of their metabolism.

What gas is given off by animals at daytime to the atmosphere?

Animals give off a number of gasses during Day and night, most notably Carbon dioxide and methane gas. Oxygen is needed by man and animal.

Are animals primary consumers of carbon dioxide?

Animals emit carbon dioxide. Plants consume carbon dioxide.

What gives off carbon dioxide during daytime?

Cars 

Is carbon dioxide a waste product?

Carbon dioxide is a waste product to humans and animals. Trees "breath" carbon dioxide and oxygen is their waste product (during daytime). Animals and humans breath oxygen and breath out carbon dioxide. When our cells circulate, they go through the pulmonary artery to the lungs and collect oxygen. They then go back through the heart and out into the rest of our body. Cells bring oxygen to the parts of our body that need it. Their waste is carbon dioxide which is exhaled.

What do plants need from animals?

Carbon dioxide.

What does cellular respiration play in the carbon cycle?

Animals produce carbon dioxide. Animals produce carbon dioxide

Do plants and animals release carbon dioxide?

Animals breathe in oxygen and release carbon dioxide. Plants absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen.

What role do carbon dioxide play in the carbon dioxide oxygen cycle?

animals and people breath out carbon dioxide and plants use carbon dioxide

Which gas do animals remove from the air?

The gas that is taken in by animals is oxygen. Animals absorb oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide. Plants take in carbon dioxide and let out oxygen.

How does the percentage of carbon dioxide and oxygen stay roughly the same in your atmosphere?

It is because plants take in carbon dioxide and breathe out Oxygen whereas, man and animals breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide. This cycle of life maintaines a roughly same percentage of O2 and CO2 in the atmosphere.

How do plants and animals mantain the level of oxygen in the atmosphere?

Animals breathe in oxygen and let out carbon dioxide. Plants take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen.

Do animals breath off carbon dioxide?

Animals exhale carbon dioxide and inhale oxygen just as humans do.
