needs lots of water, and lots of animals to consume the water, lots of plants and the right type of soil for all the canopy plants and "flower" plants you just can't put any type of animals or plants because if you put for EX: a pear tree in a rainforest it wouldn't live because it is very picky for its soil

British Columbia is the province with a rain forest. You can find said rainforest in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve of Canada. It is a temperate rainforest, meaning lots of rain, but nothing tropical. What makes a rainforest? Lots of rain, and lots of trees.
