I have an '02 venture that had the guides accientally broken on the floor latches, this actually helped because with those gone you can put the seats in any number of combinations. For the front seats, use the latch that moves your seats back and forth and move the seat all the way forward. The seat should pop out from the car. For the back seat, there should be a couple of bolts and then all you have to do it pull the bottom out-rear first.
