Glass is a very smooth surface with very few bumps on it. This means when you push your finger up against it, every point on your finger is touching a point on the glass surface, and as a result, every point on the glass surface participates in the total friction. This same rule applies to any surface, which is reflective in nature since smoothness is what causes reflectivity. If you try to do the same on a non-reflective object with many bumps such as concrete, then there are many areas where your finger is not making contact with the concrete due to the presence of a hole. Those parts of don't exert any friction on your finger.
rough surfaces take more energy from the system in the form of friction
Because there is usually more friction
you punch it out with your thumb
Thumb tips can be used to astound even the most hardened audience.
The reciprocal of the parallax is taken. For example, if the stellar parallax is 1 second, the distance is 1/1 = 1 parsec; if the parallax is 0.1 second, the distance is 1/0.1 = 10 parsecs, etc.
The rule of thumb is that the closer the planet the less dense it is, this is a clue to the formation of the solar system, which originated from a gas nebula that was denser in the center.
They don't black out images they just don't transmit parts of the image that of no interest. ie why would you waste time and energy transmitting the part of a image where your thumb is when both time and ebergy are incredibly limited. Admittidly this is just a theory but it makes alot of sense.
To use wine glass as an instrument, you firste wet you thumb and secound finger a bit and then you go around the top edges of the win glass with the 2 fingers and it makes a high smooth sound. (If you are drinking wine with someone, do this when everyones quiet! they'll be amazed)

The antegonial notch is the depression along the jawline. To feel for the antegonial notch, place your thumb under your ear and against the back of your jaw. Slide your thumb along the border of the jaw as if tracing the jawline from your ear to your chin. Your thumb will slide down the back of the jawline (mandible), then turn a corner at the angle of the jaw. Just in front of this angle, your thumb will feel a slight depression; this is the antegonial notch (easier to see on a picture than it is to describe).
When you're on your home page place your thumb on the screen, slide your thumb upward and another screen will pop up, the brightness setting is there...
First make sure the gun is unloaded. 2. Release the magazine.Place the top of the grip in the web of your hand, thumb up over the slide.Push the slide rearward until the slide stop gap in the receiver is over the front pin of the slide stop lever.Wrap you four fingers over the slide and towards your thumb and maintain pressure on the slide, holding it in that position.Using a plastic punch or heel of a magazine push the pin located on the right side of the frame which will push the slide stop lever away from the frame on the left side of the frame.Grasp the slide stop lever and pull it out and away from the frame,You may have to wiggle it free.Slowly release the grip with your grip hand and the slide will move forward.Grasp the top of the slide and it will slide forward off the frame of the pistol.
First you get a pair of tweezers but if don't have any use nail clippers like I did. Then locate the would and squeeze each end together and the glass wil come out.
Yes, typically a shooter presses the magazine release button with the non-shooting hands inboard side of the thumb at approximately the second knuckle. Try lowering your thumb against your index finger on your non-shooting hand. Another cause is placing your shooting hands thumb against/near the button the engaging the button during blow-back of the slide. The grip for some shooters is tightened due to the subconscious fear that the slide/handgun will strike them causing the thumb to press against the button. This also happens with slide style releases such as in the Glock model weapons.
Grip the pistol in your right hand, using your left hand pull the slide to the rear. Using your right thumb, flick the slide lock lever and slowly ride the slide forward with the left hand as to relieve the tension on the spring.
