Glass is a very smooth surface with very few bumps on it. This means when you push your finger up against it, every point on your finger is touching a point on the glass surface, and as a result, every point on the glass surface participates in the total friction. This same rule applies to any surface, which is reflective in nature since smoothness is what causes reflectivity. If you try to do the same on a non-reflective object with many bumps such as concrete, then there are many areas where your finger is not making contact with the concrete due to the presence of a hole. Those parts of don't exert any friction on your finger.
