It all depends on the girl. Some of them don't like to make the first move. You need to be the one to break the ice. Some girls like the loud cocky guys and some like the shy acting ones. You need p be yourself when breakin the ice. Some girls play hard to get so don't be upset if it takes a while and also don't fall for the girl that gives you some attention right away.
