The Bible says you must be baptised. But some churches believe that as we can not tell wether all babies are normal when they grow up , then they will not ask god to come in their hearts. So to avoid any chance of a child who will later become mentally retarded, aned may get lost for ever. To prevent this all babysies are baptised when they are very small.
Jonab: the problem when you baptize a baby or a child has to do with free will. Free will demands that faith must be personal. Parents cannot believe God in behalf of their child. The child must believe God for himself. Therefore the baptizm of a child when he/she is not old enough to make a decision for him/herself is interfering with the child's freewill. Can anyone make a decision for the child's personal faith in God.
all children go to heaven
I have never heard that. Some of the older established churches believe that a child that has not been baptized will not go to Heaven after they die, but rather to limbo, which is neither here nor there. My mainstream Protestant church does not believe in limbo, nor an uncaring God that would banish the souls of any child to not go to Heaven.
Christians do not believe in reincarnation. Christians believe in Heaven.
Hell is a concept in the Christian and Islamic religions, but not in Judaism. For Christians and Muslims, the unsaved do burn in hell forever. Jews believe that they merely lose out from going to heaven. Another point of view is that neither heaven nor hell is real. Hell is therefore not an eternal place and there is no punishment in the afterlife.
Yes, Christians believe in heaven and hell.
There are no unsaved sinners in heaven. However there are evil spiritual creatures in the heavens, but not in the heavenly realm of God.

There is no evidence for heaven, so it depends on faith. Christians believe you will go to heaven and see God. Atheists believe there is no heaven and no God.
Christians believe heaven is a place of peace, and there willbe no illness, sadness, sorrow there , the lion and the lamb will feed there, the roads in heaven are made of gold. and we have eternal life there. While hellis a place of eternal fire.
The number of unsaved sinners in heaven is not known as it is ultimately up to God to judge and determine who enters heaven. However, many religious beliefs hold that those who have not accepted salvation and redemption through faith may not enter heaven.
Christians believe that reaching heaven is through faith in Jesus Christ as their savior and living a life according to the teachings of the Bible. It is through a personal relationship with Jesus, repentance of sins, and following his commandments that Christians believe they can reach heaven after death.
