Because they are old and their mind can't work properly.In another fact,are because when we get older,our brain need oxygen to think and our nose get blocked up so we hardly breath in oxygen which makes it harder to think and process incoming information. Dementia can also cause confusion which increases frustration.

But not everyone with dementia acts this way. Some people are very docile, but not able to think well or take care of themselves.
