They are peanut butters?
One serving of peanut butter (2 Tablespoons or 32g) contains 3 to 5g of sugar on average. Some brands add refined or processed sugars into the peanut butters, so be sure to read the label.
Peanuts are high in protein so they fit into the 'meats/protein alternatives' group. Look for peanut butter made with only peanuts. Peanut butters with added ingredients tend to contain fats and oils which are unhealthy.
Hydrogen, Oxygen, Potassium, some others
Peanut butter is high in protein, manganese, vitamin E and niacin. 'Whole' peanut butters (the kind that include the skin, often available in health food shops) also contain high concentrations of B-vitamins. Peanut butter is also very high in fat, including some saturated fats. American-style peanut butter can also be high in sugar and sodium. See the related link for a detailed nutrition breakdown.
some is okay to eat but others can make you sick
This is purely a question of opinion and personal taste, some people may prefer peanut butter with jam, and others without.

It is prepared by fusing sodium or potassium carbonate with sand or by heating sodium or potassium hydroxide with sand under pressure.
Any hay can founder a horse, it is not what the horse eats but how much it eats. Some feed can founder a horse faster than others. Peanut hay is one of those.
