Decent working conditions such as a healthy atmosphere for competition, the right supervision, good colleagues, etc., can lead to a life where there is harmony and peace, because peace in work brings peace in life. For example, if you work in an office for eight or ten hoursa day and the staff in your office is good, then you will be better able to work happily in your office. If you are happy with your work and its conditions then you will be happier when you get home. Work takes up most of your day and it is something that has to be done by most people. If people don't enjoy their work then they won't be happy on the job, and when they come home they won't be happy because they know that tomorrow they will have to go and do it again. It becomes a cycle of hate, therefore it affects people's lives negatively. If people are happy at work, they will come home happy and look forward to the next day.
Why do people always hate on emos?
Well emo kids are highly emotional and that tends to be dramatic to most people, and like most people, they hate drama, they only like it if it's on TV but in real life it's a no. But there is no acual reason to hate emo kids, there people to, if you don't like how a person guides there life, insted of hateing them, ignore them there is no reason to hate.
