While it seems probable that homosexuality has a strong genetic component, I am unaware of homosexuality being linked to any physical, physiological, or cell biological deficiencies. Although gay men are potentially subject to all the same genetic disorders which may render a man unable to produce sperm, in such an instance it would because a gay man had acquired a genetic deficiency utterly unrelated to his homosexuality.

Or in other words, all humans are equal in the eyes of genetics and cell Biology.

Most gay people have children through surrogacy, artificial insemination, and adoption.

Some same sex couples adopt. Women sometimes find ways to impregnate themselves with sperm from men and the men sometimes find surrogate mothers to have babies for them.
