As psycology goes, problems make you different, and some people don't understand differences, and things that people don't understand, they fear, and when people fear something it makes them frustrated, taking their anger out on the person who has problems.

Why do some people hurt others and don't see their doing it?
Some people are a product of their home environment (parents have not taught them etiquette.) Some people know they may hurt another and just don't care. Other people may have been hurt many times themselves so have built up a wall and in their mind will hurt another before they feel they will be hurt. Yet others who hurt do so, not because they want to hurt the person in particular, but they are angry or may have some difficult problems going on in their own lives. Most humans know when they are hurting another.
