some live in saltyer water than others and the extra gills let more oxogen in the saltyer waters
#1. A supportive anterior to posterior notochord #2. A dorsal, hollow nerve cord #3. Pharyngeal gill slits(at some point in their ontongenic development) #4. A yolk sac(again, at some point in their ontongenic development)
Sharks can look very different.Sharks that spend a lot of there time swimming around (typically the ones that don't have gill muscles) are long and sleek. The sharks that rest on the seabed a lot are often thin and wide.a shark is blue or grey. Some can attack people but most dont. a shark can be big or smallIt looks like a huge fish with a pointed snout. It has a pointed fin on it's back such as a dolphin. Its tail has to parts like a mermaid. It has 3-6 gill slits on both sides and hundreds of rows of sharp teeth.
Tiger sharks, like most sharks, have 5 gill slits on each side of the head. Other species, however, may have six or seven per side.

Chordates are animals that comprise the vertebrates. The three structures that are present during their development are the notochord, a tubular nerve cord and gill slits leading into the pharynx.
1. Fish are mostly ectothermic. 2. They have gill slits which they use to breathe by drawing out oxygen from the water around them. 3. All fish are vertebrates. 4. Most are covered in scales while some can be covered in skin. 5. Their limbs end in fins and not in digits. Although some fishes do not actually have any limbs.

Characters of vertebrates: 1. Presence of vetebral column/ notochord 2. Presence of Dorsal Tubular nerve cord 3. Presence of pharyngeal gill slits 4. These are aquatic, aerial and terrestrial. 5. Presence of post anal tail.
yes he is :) <3
All chordates have a notochord at some stage in their development, even if it is only at the embryonic stage. The notochord is a flexible structure located in front of the dorsal nerve, which all chordates also have.
