Many women never climax. Whether it's an actual inability or something else is another matter. Some male partners may not 'know their stuff' and/or some women may have been brought to believe that for a woman to enjoy sex is 'unladylike'.

for a lot of women it is hard to orgasm from vaginal stimulation alone. women need stimulation of the clitoris as well. try touching yourself during sex, or have your man do it. or, what works really well, get a small (but still powerful) vibrator and use it on your clit during sex. or again, have your man do it for you. some guys feel weird about a girl using a vibrator, if thats the case just tell him that's what you need to orgasm, and the more orgasms you have, the more you'll want sex. that logic should go over on him just fine.

Adult males sometimes experience dry orgasms when they have had a number of orgasms in a short period of time, and their body has yet to 'recharge'. There are medical conditions that can cause this - as well as some medications. Also, some guys learn to separate orgasm from ejaculation, which allows them to experience multiple orgasms.
