The reason starving peoples bellys get big, is because the stamach starts to build up with gasses inside of it, which then expands the belly and eats the tissue of the belly, the gas inside gives the affect that they're well fed.
some people who suffer anorexia have gasses in they're bellys from starving themselves, which then make them think that they're fat, so they try to go even smaller, with dangerous affects.
