Why do tail lights not work 1995 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl the tail lights on the corners are ok the ones on trunk not The fuses and bulbs are ok Volt meter shows no juice at connectors brakes on corners?

The lights on the trunk are only back-up lights and nothing else.
