They blame him for recession embezzelment and unemployment,and mostly the protests are funded by an Islamist agenda.

President Mubarak has literally destroyed the government. The citizens of Egypt have suffered through job loss, money loss, starvation, etc... They will not stop protesting until he does step down, and until then, they want payback.
Because the Egyptian president has been in power for over 25 years. He will not step down and yet the people want him to step down. He has banned protests of his reign. He has basically become and unofficial dictator of the country.
