Space Marines and Guard don't turn on each other. Some Guard and Marines are declared heretics by the Inquisition. That means they no longer fight for the Emperor and are either renegades (which can still be called on in times of need) or have fallen to the Dark Gods of Chaos. You also must keep in mind that most Guardsmen have never seen a Space Marine (or an Asartes as they call them) they have heard of them, but if a Guardsman regiment that has heard rumors of the arch enemy being there with Chaos Space Marines and has never seen an Asartes before will fire on any thing that they think looks like a Heretic to them. If the Guard regiment fired on a loyal Space Marine strike force they would then be declared Hereticus and immediately killed.
It's not that Space Marines turn on Imperial Guard or vice versa. It is the ones loyal to the Emperor fighting to the Heretics.
AnswerNo, the God Emperor of Mankind did, using his own DNA he created 20 Primarchs, who in turn created the Space Marines.
Space Crusade
Literally Space Marines who turned evil. In the 31st Millennium, the Primarch Horus was chosen by his father the immortal Emperor to be His Warmaster and continue His Great Crusade while the Emperor returned to Terra. Arrogance, conflict, and the powers of the warp twisted Horus's mind, turning him against his father. Having forsaken the Imperium, Horus managed to turn fully half of the 20 Space Marine legions against the Emperor. Civil war ravaged the galaxy for years until Horus was finally defeated. The surviving traitor marines, now known as Chaos Marines (for in forsaking the Imperium, they had pledged their allegiance to Chaos--the powers of the warp), retreated to the Eye of Terror, where they continue to plan and launch raids and campaigns against the Imperium of Mankind.
Probably turn of the century.
17 plus 10 plus 4 plus 6 plus 1 plus 2 equals 40 turn into percentages then sketch percentages as acurate as possible. to turn into percentages take number divided by 40
Considering that the Marines value education, it is bad. Marines want loyalty, not people that would abandon their families. Finish high school and join the Marines when you turn 18. Meanwhile, keep a clean record and get physically strong. so no smokey smokey :)
Depends, you can use painted peanuts if you want, but not in official tournament. You can use other brand as long as there are not many and you "convert" them. Anyway i recomend to turn to any non-GW game if you mind price or quality.
Along with the PDFs, Imperial Guard make up the vast majority of the Imperium of Man's armed forces. The Guard are divided into Regiments, which serve as their primary administrative unit from the point of view of high command. A Regiment will typically number between 2,000 and 10,000 men, although there are Regiments which defy this general trend, in both directions. Generally speaking, a Guard Regiment will have a specialised purpose, be they Infantry, Armour, Artillery, Stealth, Drop-Troops, Mechanised, or whatever. This has two purposes: it makes it easy for their commanding general to employ them to best effect, and, should any single Regiment turn traitor, it will likely be too specialised to be able to present a great threat.
No known published sn data. Probably turn of the century.
Imperial Guard, they have a lot of nice tanks and infantry, there a hoard army so there not as strong as some armies but they will do the job if you know how to play one of those armys, there in all a pretty good force. The Tyranids are just bugs with decent armour saves, there almost the same army, it just depends on which guys you like best and if you'd rather a big tank, a horde of infantry. Or a horde of tyranids and bugs that squirt out acid and stuff. Tyranids take more time to paint but they come out very nice if you take the time to paint them well, it would take me about a year to paint the battleforce if I tried my best and wanted a expert look on them. My imperial guard took me about 6 months averaging a couple models a week. If you take the time and are patient your armies will turn out fantastic.
The earth would turn brown and explode, polluting the space-time continuum. Also, space may turn green instead of black space.
