The door hinge pins and bushings may be worn out, they can be replaced. Don't forget regular lubrication would help.
replace your fan clutch.
Front hubs my be wearing out.
it could be the idler puller rubbing on the bearings. we had to replace it on our 2006 Chevy trailblazer ext.
IT is your CV Joints which is making this noise.

Problem may lie in the plastic cam in the electric motors that open and close the lights. Teeth are wearing and need replacing.This part is availble without ordering the entire motor assembly. Parts catalog will help determine part needed and will give a diagram for assembly.
sounds like tire/road noise
Mine had a clicking noise and it turned out to be the front passanger side axle assembly.
