You could have a blowen fuse or a faulty connection!
The fuse for the hazard lights on a 2001 Jeep Wrangler is located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. You can find the fuse box by removing the cover beneath the steering column. The specific fuse for the hazard lights is usually labeled in the fuse diagram on the cover or in the owner's manual. If the hazard lights are not functioning, check this fuse for any signs of damage or a blown fuse.
replace fuse and hazard flasher
Try putting in a new battery and then making sure the hazard switch is off.
In a Jeep Compass, the hazard lights are typically located on the center console, near the climate controls. You can activate them by pressing the red triangle button, which is easily identifiable. This button allows you to signal other drivers in case of an emergency or when your vehicle is stationary. Always refer to your owner's manual for specific details related to your model year.
Hazard light??? Do you mean charging system light? If so it is on because the alternator is not functioning properly.
Doesn't have hazard lights.
It is the fuse for the hazard lights or as they are sometimes called, emergency lights.
The hazard lights on my 98 T & C used to stay on, too. It was the spring that was malfunctioning. In my case, I simply have to push the button down (turning the hazard lights off) and pull slightly toward me before releasing; and it catches. You probably need to replace that spring inside the steering wheel casing.
probably a faulty or mis-aligned brake light switch.
get the whole care re wired also dont turn on your hazard lights!!!
