it is either the cooling temp switch or the fans relays htere are two relay one for the regular fan and one for the air conditioning fan together they run about 80 dollars
The 2000 Plymouth Voyager 2.4 liter engine radiator cooling fan relay switch can be found in the fuse box. The relay switch will be in the third column, fourth from the top.
