Viruses trend to spread much easier than bacterial because many are airborne. Another way is that the person getting over the virus needs to "change and/or fix" route by which they contracted the virus. If it is a vaginal, try sleeping with no underwear on. If it is cold or sinus related, remember to wash your hands (clean door knobs, where you handle the phone our turn on/off lights), and you may even want to buy a new toothbrush!. Feel better!
