Why does my washing machine leak water out of the bottom?

First, and easiest thing, check the hoses on the back of your washer. Over time, your rubber infill hoses can loosen and even crack and break, leading to major leaks. Inspect them to make sure there are no cracks and check to make sure that the connection to your washer is tight. Other parts - your drain pump might have a hole or crack in it, which would lead to leaking. Your tub seal also might be bad. If you notice your washer is noisy during the spin cycle, this could indicate a bad tub seal.

Open the washer door and at the top of the inside seal there is a plastic nipple (this is where the water comes out of) ...Make sure that nipple hasn't worked itself loose (and pushed back from the seal.) If it is pull it back thru the hole and line it up with the impression in the seal. We had the same problem and this fixed it.

Why won't my GE washer fill with water?

If your washer won't fill, check the hot and cold faucets to make sure they're both turned on fully. GE washers require water pressure between 10 and 120 pounds per square inch. Check the fill hoses, which connect to the upper back left of most GE washers, and make sure the line has no kinks. If the problem persists, turn off the water and remove the fill hoses. Check the filter screen inside the hoses, and clean them with a brush or toothpick. Firmly reconnect the hoses and turn the water back on.

What do you look for when window washers wont work on 94 Chrysler concord?

Open hood, look to make sure you have water in the water container, If not add water. if you have water in the container, Then get back in car and start washer motor with switch, listen for motor noise, if no washer motor noise then you have no power to the motor, check fuse. if your washer motor starts then inspect the water lines to the window spray nozzles, starting at water container to fire wall. if all is good then they should work. the only other thing I can think of is the filter on the end of the pick up line in the water container is clogged with dirt. Good luck.

Make sure to keep your washer in good condition?

When you get a washer for your home, you are probably going to use it in order to make sure you get clothes cleaned quicker. However, you need to remember to keep these things in good conditions. One thing that you can do to make sure that the washer lasts for a long time is to have your water inspected regularly. Remember, the washer is going to be one of the main appliances in your home that uses water. If you can have a plumber come out on a regular basis to make sure that your water and pipes are good, then your machine is likely to last longer. It will cost you some to have the plumber come out, but you will save on not having to buy another machine so soon.

Where is the rear window washer pump on a 1997 dodge caravan?

This answer will not be short or make you feel warm and fuzzy. The rear washer pump is located under the washer water tank. The only way to access it is to jack up the car, remove the right front wheel, then remove the plastic inner fender liner. The tank will then be visable. You can drain the tank by removing the hoses, then unbolt it and replace either the front or rear washer motor. Put it all back to gether again and rejoice in the fact that you are now smarter and have a working washer pump motor.....Wayne
