You can put a large screw driver behind the panel to pop out these fasteners or autozone sells an upolstry tool for pretty cheap good investment of you do this often. Once the fasteners come out of the door just pull straight up and the panel should come off , if you have power windows you will have to unplug the switch. Then there are three nuts behind where the mirror mounts remove these and the mirror should come right off.
