Why Yes! They have been coyly playing "cat and mouse" with their love for years and because of the 1950's strict social guidlines-they had to remain being seen as "straight" cartoon characters. However with todays looser moral values they have the ability to be more open about their "mixed" relationship. Integrated cartoon love affairs were only whispered about certain circles. It is a new day for our heroes.

Yes. He does. He chases him and everything, but he really does like him. For example, in one episode, an exterminator is about to cut Jerry in half with a chainsaw, but then Tom stops him from doing it.

Rarely, but just for humor. They'll get weird voices....but it's not their real ones. They're given different voices for dfferent acts of certain humor.

Yes Butch probably likes Tom, because he helps Tom catch Jerry.
Butch hates Spike.
Sometimes Butch and Tom look for trouble.

Tom and Jerry Don't hate each other sincerely.. they act like they do . Because if Tom shows that he doesn't, the owner will replace Tom with another cat that will want to kill Tom. hope this helps!
