The reality is that when the paste is coming out of the mouth of the tube, only then such colour is produced because of some chemical reaction. So the secret lies at the mouth. They have placed some materials which reacts with the paste only when the paste comes out. That substance would not smear and do not react with that paste inside directly. How intelligent we are!
