In older forms of vampire mythology, the vampire did not reside among humans but lived in a castle out of the way (only coming to the towns to feed). Part of this tradition was that vampires were much more noticeably non-Human than modern Twilight-esque vampires. Specifically, their fangs did not withdraw when they were not feeding, so in order to hide their identity from potential prey, they would use their capes to cover their mouths.
no! (we do not wear them anymore)

The medallion is supposedly in Count Bram's cape after he crumbles away, but I have yet to find it.
It means a cape that is worn (type of clothe) for example worn by vampires in movies. You're welcome.
The Cape of good Hope is a region within the country of South Africa
they don't, what do you refer to ?
Vampires can avoid garlic by never going out to lunch or dinner (or breakfest for the matter) and cover themselves with jelly. (Strawberry Preferd)
lol its actually just a cape that's there for style
Not all Muslim women cover their faces, but most of them cover only their hair. Of course, if you want to be a Muslim, you have to follow the teaching of Islam, the Islam asks women to at least cover their hair.
Example: When we are embarassed, our faces flush because blood rushes to our faces. Vampires have no blood in their veins, they are the undead, it's impossible for a vampire not to be pale. That, and if they are never in sunlight, their skin will never darken. Since they can't be near the sun, they can't have dry or tan skin. Isn't that why we are tan and sweaty?
