Often this is due to buffering problems, especially on a busy or low speed network. We all share the same pipes and when lots of people are using the network, your slice of time (computing power) gets smaller.

∙ 11y agoI believe you may be referring to the buffer, which happens when a video has to load more of the videos data before it can play again. Most of the time the cause of this is a slow internet connection. Other times it would be hardware problems that supply the internet connection to you. I will also say that it may not be a slow internet connection, perhaps its just what it is suppose to be and that may not be enough, example = Dial up internet
