Technically, you could say that they stay in one ocean. In the summer, humpbacks migrate up to the Northern Atlantic Ocean. In the winter, they move back down towards the southern part of the Gulf of Mexico and the Carribean, more specifically, Silver Bank, to mate, care for young, and, in the males' case, sing. But, if you count the Carribean Sea as one of the larger seas, like Pacific or Arctic, then they do not stay in one ocean.
