This is not a fair question. Not all white Americans hate African Americans, nor vice versa. The racial overtone in this question is grossly overstating a problem that affects a rather small portion of the entire US population. As for those individuals who actually do, you'd have to take that on a case-by-case basis.
Most people, especially those who do NOT live in the US really need to stop believing the media propaganda -- and understand that the so-called "racial problems in the US" are LARGELY EXAGGERATED and are often simply fabricated.
Compared to MOST other regions of the world, particularly considering its large variety of ethnic and racial groups, the US is actually quite racially-harmonious.
