Actually it is; permanent dyes do permanently change the color of the hair they dye. However, the person's hair color doesn't seem to stay the same because when their hair grows, their natural hair color grows back in, since the dye doesn't permeate the DNA in charge of their hair color.

Keratin treatments can get pretty pricey, but if you're going to get one don't go for generic, it'll just be a waste. Try a beauty supply store (Sally's in my area) or a salon. If you don't know a beauty supply store in your area you can ask a stylist, they'll tell you where to go :)

it's not impossible for a 15 year old to get a job in a beauty salon, however you will have to prove that you are willing to learn and do all the bad jobs first, i know this because one of my friends got a job in a salon at 15.. prehaps your best option would be to wait until you have your year 10 work experience and ask for a placement in a salon then, and if you get on well there ask if you can become a part time worker on a Saturday or Sunday. alternatively if you have any contacts in the business (mum, sister, aunt ect) ask them if they know of any salons that would be interested in taking you on at the moment.
