woodlouse or wooodlice are temperature dependent. they are not generally like pest in the household because they do not spread germs or diseases and basically do not damage wood or structures but their presence indicate that the place where they live are damp areas or moist areas.

If a frog really wanted to, I'm sure it could hibernate for as long as it wanted! But frogs usually only hibernate for the winter months.
