Maybe subconsciously you really do still like him. Some scientists say that dreams might be used to "clean up" excess thoughts in your mind, so to speak. In which case, it might be part of the process of getting him out of your mind completely. I'll admit, I'm no professional, but I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you are really concerned about this, ask a shrink or a psychologist. But most likely, this is just a periodic thing that'll blow over eventually.
