*laughs* I know right? Its basically like this : once the food hits the stomach, the horomone seratonin kicks into gear healping with digestion. Seratonin is also what healps us fall asleep. One thing that could help is not eating a whole lot at one time, and saving foods high in sleep inducing horomones for the holidays or special occasions.


Or it could be ill health.
