First of all, NEVER touch your feces with your hands. You could get salmonella! Second of all, assuming you DIDN'T touch your feces with your hands, it may feel "scratchy" because you ate something that didn't get digested all of the way. It might also be because that's simply how feces feel, but I wouldn't know since I've never touched any before.
