Remember to eat something after you have your delivery. You need food because you need to breast feed. Don't drink cold stuff. It could make your baby weaker ; also your own health.

∙ 14y agoBecause you are most likely retaining water. Depending on how far along you are in your pregnancy you may still be experiencing the same symptoms as you would be if you just had your period. My advice drink lots of water it will reduce swelling, any serious bloating that affects your daily routine consult your OB/GYN
