We all can forget some things on occasion. If a person is very busy or has a lot of problems their circuit board is just out of whack for awhile until things are resolved. Also being over-tired or stressed out over relationship problems. Sleep deprivation is another reason (not in a full REM sleep) so the person is walking around like a zombie for days to weeks. In older people (although young people have also been included in this recently) it can be problems with thyroid, adrenal gland or heart defects and in the elders mini strokes. If it continues for a couple of months it's a good idea to get a physical from your doctor.
Forget about it!

Alzheimer's...that's when you forget things. ^.^

I once had one and no not really, just things about them but small things
If you want to forget someone that you don't want to know from that person anymore you have to return all bed things or every things that person make you sad. Bring it all to your mind a gain you will feel that person is very bad for you then you want tot forget him you have to try to think a bout bad things that person did to you when you meet that person follow me and take time to will forget him the last you have to look a another person and prepare with the person you want to forget I promise you will 100% forget that person.
Maybe nothing; too many things on your mind?
Not workin enough
