Wash with warm sea salt water twice a day. Rotate them twice a day, so the skin dosen't stick and wait for them to heal, the smell is normal and yellow discharge is also normal, but if the smell is really foul and you are getting a green coloured discharge then go to a piercer or a doctor for advice as it maybe infected.
