that is the wheel getting ready to change gear
hi i want to know why when i press the clutch i hear noise
you most likely have low brake fluid or if it stops fine its just an annoying noise
The clutch is the pedal you press to change gear.
The self adjusting mechanism of the clutch cable can be slipping and making a click noise and not engaging the clutch when you press the pedal. You might just need a new clutch cable.
That clicking noise you hear when you press and release the brake pedal is the "Shift Lock Solenoid" engaging and disengageing. The shift lock solenoid is located below the center console directly underneath the gear shift lever. That sound is normal.
The clutch pedal usually squeaks where the clutch pedal is mounted under the dash. The clutch pedal pivots at its mounting point so it probaly just needs some lubed sprayed on it.
The pedal on the left is the clutch. You press it when you are changing gears.
It might have a problem with the neutral safety switch, (it's what is switched on when you press the clutch) The switch is behind clutch pedal. It looks a lot like a brakelight switch. If it's bad, the part is about 40 or 50 dollars. Good Luck!!!
The clutch is a cable based. There is no fluid and there is no clutch cylinder. To adjust the clutch cable slip your foot under the clutch pedal and lift up. If you hear it click it adjusted itself. If not then it did not need to be adjusted or the clutch is worn out and there is no adjustment left. ========================================================== Just adding to the answer : Without the engine running put the transmission in 1st gear After lifting up on the clutch pedal press the pedal DOWN , SLOWLY Then if you hear a click noise the clutch has adjusted itself
If you have a clutch it could be slipping. It may also be a problem with the muffler or exhaust system. You may also have a very powerful engine.
In a vehicle, if the radio goes off when the clutch pedal is pressed, there could be an electrical issue. A professional mechanic can diagnose the exact reason.
Either the brake and clutch pedal assembly needs lubrication or you have a size 14 shoe.
