Why do you get audible beeps when you turn on the ignition of my jeep grand Cherokee 2002 3 beeps- pause- 3 beeps?

it's computer is at zero miles to service, you can take it to a dealership to reset it or if you look in the manual it will tell you how. Usually it is holding down both the select and set button at the seame time for about ten seconds.
