No, Just 91 octain or better it is a 4 stroke motor.
There is a hook on the end of the slide hook it onto the loop inside the carb.
The pilot screw setting should be screwed in until it is snug (not tight), then backed out 1 and 3/4 turns.
Black smoke is usually from excess fuel. Blue smoke is usually from excess oil.
Time for a rebuild

Try replacing your current 2 stroke oil with 100 percent synthetic 2 stroke oil. Available at any motorsports dealer. Worked for my Razz. Has not smoked since.
The color of the smoke will help identify the problem. Blue smoke is engine or transmission oil. Black smoke, excess fuel. White smoke, engine coolant.
