One common reason for headaches while reading or writing is that you need eyeglasses - have your vision checked to see if this is the case. Another reason is that you may be stressing too much over the work. Try relaxation exercises and deep breathing to help you de-stress during your work. If you have headaches frequently, you should see a doctor to find out what's causing them, though - you might have Allergies or even a sinus infection.
