If this is a panel with 220v coming into it, then there is a big problem. The 100v circuits should be balanced, about half on one leg, and about half on the other leg. Without this balance, the incoming neutral wire will be carrying much more current than it was designed to carry.

There are 2 Fuse Boxes on a 2003 110. The first is behind the Plastic Panel that sits at the base of the centre DAshboard - Just in front of the Gear Lever and Transfer box lever. The second is below the Drivers seat (on a RHD Model) along with the ECU.

The box is located on the drivers side right above the side kick panel. It is easier to get to it when you remove the kick panel only 2 screws. There are other fuses on the passenger side under the hood under a black box you will see it.

The main fuse box is under the driver kick panel. The other is in the engine compartment, in a black box.
That depends on what you mean by "box in". You must always provide access to an electrical panel.
Main fuse; remove side panel on right hand side - It is in a small box in a rubber housing. Unclip the top of the box from the bottom and its inside - it will have 30 written on it. Fuse box for ten amp fuses is located on the other side of the bike, again under the side panel.

There is not a fuse box however there is a in line 15A fuse in rear on side of frame.
There are two. One is on the driver side end of the dash panel. The other is nextr to the battery.

To get to your mouse control panel, from a Windows XP system you go to;Start-->Control Panel-->Printer and other Hardware-->MouseClick on mouse and the Mouse Properties box will show up. You can make changes there for the mouse. The speed, the pointer icon and other things.
