Menu Bar is where you can change browser settings like font, page etc.
Address bar is where you can type a web address.

Tools menu for Internet Explorer 7 can be found below the address bar and is the 5th option after, File, Edit, View and Favorites... It can be also found on the top extreme right..
Firefox: type about:cache into the address bar. Internet Explorer: Tools menu -> Internet Options -> Browsing History -> Settings -> View Files
Note: Just open internet explorer and type website name on address bar. and then just press enter key.
