- These types of dreams are quite common. Humans dream every half hour and remember few of their dreams (it's the brains way of relaxing the entire body from stress.) It's the last few moments before a person wakes when they are not in REM sleep that they remember their dreams. You could have seen something on TV about a boyfriend cheating or a girlfriend of yours could have mentioned something about cheating and that was enough to trigger your dream. There is the possibility you don't quite trust your boyfriend and you have to be honest with yourself and ask yourself if you are just the jealous type or has he given you little hints he is cheating. If he is a good person and your relationship is strong then ignore the dream.

Love that can't be a nightmares. Take my word for it, a nightmares are type of dream that will really scare you. Your dream is only a dream because you probably had a disagreement with him, that simple.
If you want to know what nightmares is I will tell you because its happening to me for years now, and believe me you wouldn't want to have my dream. Its about my rape and even if others said that it will go away, it didn't, because its part of me now.
