When some thing bad happens u get sad and ur brain remebers it so if someone brings it up or u think about it u get sad BLAME IT ON THE BRAIN LIKE OMG GGG!!!!!!@_@

You charge these memories as you would charge a battery. These memories are like light bulbs connected to this battery with a very sensitive switch that turns them on. The sensitive switch acts as an emotion {motion} sensitive device which turns on these memories whenever you are exposed to situations that acts as reminders. You continue to charge/power-up these memories whenever you give way to your emotions, causing you to suffer through a long and terrible ordeal. The solution is in creating new memories and transferring all your emotional power to them and reducing the power supplied to the negative memories.
