you dont have to eat 3 times a day - you can eat small meals 5 or six times a day or simply snack when you are hungry and never eat a full meal - its perfectly healthy as long as you are eating a balanced diet. if food is gross - change your choices or consider that you might have a psychological disorder - get help.
